Human Resources Manager w/Payroll Exp..Up to $90K

International conglomerate has immediate opportunity for savvy HR Manager for its Washington D.C. location.  Ideal candidate will be  well versed in all aspects of HR with a special emphasis on Payroll.  This position reports directly to the CFO.

In this role, the Manager will manage and process payroll for two company codes using ADP internet based product. Maintain and manage employment health plan benefit programs including vendor relations, benefits administration, updates and change reporting, and payment of invoices.  The ideal candidate is someone who is knowledgeable in all aspects of HR and still able to handle transactional responsibilities as well.

Maintain and manage employment retirement programs including processing of contributions, reporting and payment of invoices. 

Develop, manage and administer:

1. Compensation program including writing and maintaining job descriptions, conducting salary surveys, analyzing compensation, and maintaining salary budget. 

2. Performance management program as well as communicate and administer company Human Resources policies and procedures, including employee handbook.

3. An effective full life cycle recruitment program including the onboarding process. Provide on-going training for new and existing employees.

HR Manager will provide advice and counsel to management regarding best practices, policy, and employment law. Stay abreast of and ensure compay compliance with Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to Human Resources. Key contributor for other projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of 5 years in progressive HR roles.

Full Generalist background strongly preferred.

Payroll (hands on) experience is required.

Corporate experience desired.

Proficient in MS Suite, ADP, HRIS systems

PHR or SPHR preferred.
