Facilitates job profile and competency identification sessions to assist clients in targeting performance optimization programs to business results. Conducts data analyses to evaluate effectiveness of tools and processes and to identify trends and drivers. Works with business partners and other HR staff to ensure performance optimization tools are effective and add value. Recommends improvements to HR programs supporting performance optimization based on analysis. Gathers intelligence, analyzes trends, and conducts research in industry developments and HR benchmarks. Assists in developing and coordinating of the training to support roll out of performance optimization tools. Prepares reports and presentations.Essential/Required:  BA/BS or Masters in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant Business/Human Resources experience. Knowledge of job analysis methodologies and competency modeling strategies. Experience facilitating groups and delivering training presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong computer skills to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong project management/organizational skills with strong attention to detail, systems and processes. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
