Human Resources Professional needed - applicant testing administration experience required!

My client is in need of a detail-oriented, highly-organized Human Resources professional with a strong background in applicant testing for a year-long contract opportunity. This contract position will be located at the client's corporate headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:Minimum 5 years experience in an HR capacity with an emphasis on applicant testing administration. Types of testing to include skills, aptitude, and physical ability.PHR certification preferredHRIS or similar HR database experienceHighly analyticalAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationExcellent oral presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal communication skills
