The individual should have a strong understanding of tight tolerances, total system coordination, and manufacture of system components. Must be familiar with design tools, latest version of CAD and exposure to Pro-E solid modeling is preferred. Qualified candidates MUST be able to work in the United States without any restrictions. Pro-E or Solid Works experience is a big plus. Non-smokers only. DUTIES: Qualified candidates will have responsibility to work with Project management and manufacturing and sometimes directly with the customer to develop and create a complete working system including prototype or general design drawings using CADD systems. You will provide support in defining and developing specifications. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related ·  Experience in a high tech manufacturing environment- ·  Ability to generate, check and verify drawings for product lines that will be approved and released for production·  Provide CAD support to the project as required·  Assist Engineering in the preparation of project quotes·  Provide drawing and tooling assistance to the manufacturing group·  Organized and Project oriented·  Excellent Verbal and written communication·  Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive project results with minimal direction·  Capability to use the following computer programs is required: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office  Pro-E is a plus. Optional:   There are multiple locations in desirable locations including the Northeast and the Rockies.
