Industrial Maintenance Process Manager (Coal)

They have a need for a Maintenance Process Manager/Planner.   You will be reporting to the Division of Maintenance and responsible for planning, coordinating, and assisting in optimizing maintenance for all of the division’s waste coal reclamation facilities in the Southeast. You will provide expertise and support to the management teams in planning and development of TPM at new and existing waste coal recovery sites as needed by performing the following duties:  Work with waste coal recovery facilities regularly and establish a good working relationship with Plant Managers, Director of Operations, and Director of Maintenance Coordinate communications between facilities and establish best practices among sites Independently monitor KPI’s to identify improvement opportunities Plan and coordinate maintenance day activities with Plant Managers Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of maintenance day activities Analyze results of studies and develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities Coordinate and participate in plant studies, process mapping, and other improvement methods with Plant Managers and Regional Directors Participate in the development of new equipment implementation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Mining or Mechanical Engineering or relevant industrial technology field is preferred 5 years relevant experience in coal or heavy industrial facilities Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, procedures and data analysisFor confidential consideration, please respond electronically noting the job title and id/refcode in the subject line.
