Inside Sales Associate

Lewis-Goetz and Company, Inc. a national distribution company of industrial rubber hose and related products is looking for an Inside Sales Associate for our branch operations in Houston, TX.

Our inside sales position requires the ability to quote customers verbally and in writing, excellent selling skills and the ability to perform the necessary actions to insure customer satisfaction.



BASIC FUNCTION:
Inside Sales Associate are the cornerstones of what makes an organization unique. We take our commitment to customers very seriously with direct contact to end users in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona on a daily basis. Selling, servicing, and application consulting to construction, manufacturing, trucking, refining, rental, and farming are just a few of the industries served on a daily basis. The CSR is responsible for managing the quotation and order fulfillment process while consistently meeting customer requirements.


MINIMUM ATTRIBUTES:

· Minimum 1 - 2 years of demonstrated inside sales experience with a tangible product.

· Experience in industrial sales.

· Mechanical aptitude. - Ability to work in a team required.

· Computer (Microsoft Office) and planning skills desirable, strong knowledge of excel spreadsheets.

· Strong people and communication skills.

· Desire to succeed.

 

Previous experience in the hose & fitting industry required.
