Description:
Top rated independent energy company seeks exceptional inside sales representatives for growing Denver based team. You will be selling deregulated energy (electric and gas), targeting the small to mid-sized business market through high volume cold calls targetting the five boroughs of New York City. You will be expected to set meetings and close business over the phone with decision makers. This is a very competitive industry, and top reps can realistically expect six figure incomes. We offer a reasonable ramp-up period along with extensive sales training. You will receive a competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and unlimited earnings potential!
Responsibilities:
Cold calling of 100-125 businesses per day Identifying the decision-maker for the business’ energy needs Interviewing the decision-maker to help determine a cost savings solution Creating an urgency to act on proposed solutions Closing the sale.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably inside) Experience using consultative sales techniques in successfully closing sales to businesses or consumers Experience making a high volume of cold calls. Proven history of proposing and closing businesses over the phone Excellent communication and written skills Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity and professionalism
Compensation:
Competitive Base Pay plus Unlimited Commissions. First year earnings should exceed $60K if minimum target goals are met. A top performer could exceed $90K in the first year alone. SPI offers a generous health and welfare package.
