LEARNING SPECIALIST HOUSTON, TX USBaker Atlas, a division of Baker Hughes Inc, has a Learning Specialist position open at their Rankin Road Facility.Reponsibilities:Assists in the development, administration and delivery of training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on the job training and employee orientations. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. Facilitates meetings for natural work groups, quality councils and process teams. Develops and administers quality training courses and other non-technical training modules which may include facilitation, coaching, communication, and leadership. May lead other trainers. Handles special projects, as assigned. Broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures associated with instructional design and delivery. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills.Education requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years training experience.
