Our  client, a leading energy company on the west coast is looking for an attorney with 5+ years of experience advising on public utility issues including transmission, federal regulatory, and commercial contracting matters.   Responsibilities:  Provide legal assessment and representation on transmission issues and corporate policies and issues Represent the company in administrative proceedings at federal and state agencies Draft contracts, pleadings and other legal documents Requirements:   J.D. Degree 5+ years of experience.  A combination of law firm and corporate experience is preferred.
