San Antonio Water System is currently seeking experienced Master Electrician.

 

Salary Grade: 31 (NON-EXEMPT)
Salary Range: $3,509 - $5,263/mo.
Position Closes: April 6, 2008

 

The Master Electrician is responsible for diagnosing, installing, maintaining, and testing of high and low voltage electrical and any associated equipment. This position may also be responsible for wiring systems up to 13,000 volts. The Master Electrician works under limited supervision.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED. Eight years experience with a Journeyman’s License in commercial or industrial electrical work. State of Texas Master Electrician’s License. Class “C” Groundwater Texas Water Operator License. Class “II” Texas Wastewater Collection System Operator License. Able to use word processing, spreadsheet software and computerized maintenance management software. Valid Class "CDL-B" Texas Driver's license consistent with SAWS driving policy. Confined Space, First Responder, Use of PPE, Climbing Gear, Lock Out Tag Out, Fit Testing, Retrieval System certifications and others as required. Normal visual color discrimination.
