Management Development Senior Specialist

Exelon Corporation is currently seeking a Management Development Senior Specialist for our Kennett Square, PA location. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following: Responsible for implementation and ongoing maintenance of management development programs and practices for specific business unit clients and/or sites. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIESFacilitate the business talent review, succession planning and other talent management processes to support effective talent selection, development and management. Facilitate utilization of assessment tools and ensure established feedback processes are followed. Coach managers and employees in the individual development planning process.  Ensure attendance at leadership programs is aligned with individuals’ development plans. Ensure that the Exelon Employee Survey and other feedback surveys are administered.  Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders. Facilitate feedback and action planning sessions and data analysis to drive organizational improvements. Participate on project teams to support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide management and leadership development processes and programs. Work with client/site leaders to develop and implement programs and initiatives that respond to business critical needs. Position is based out of Kennett Square, PA office, but requires local weekly travel to client sites. Candidate willhave option to make one of these sites their home office instead of Kennett Square. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.  Masters degree or MBA preferred. 4-6 years experience in HR-related functions that include management/leadership development. Ability to operate independently with general direction from manager. Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self and others for results; delivers on results despite obstacles. Proven coaching and influence skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fosters teamwork and collaboration POSITION INFORMATION Company: Exelon Business Services Company Location: Kennett Square, PA 19348 Status: Full Time, Employee Salary: Competitive Compensation Package!
