Manager/Director, Drilling Engineering-Grade 20/21

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Directs and supervises the daily activities of the drilling engineers.
* Develops objectives and standards for drilling processes in order to ensure optimization and in accordance with established standards and regulations.
* Resolves highly complex technical issues, relying on advanced research in emerging drilling technologies.
* Recommends changes to development and design process to improve efficiencies.
* Attracts, hires, trains and develops the necessary talent for the execution of the drilling program.
* Works with the safety and environmental department to implement and ensure compliance with the Company’s safety and environmental policies for company personnel and contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (petroleum preferred).
* At least six years of related drilling engineering experience.
