It all starts here, with you.This role develops, promotes and directs marketing programs and service activities among existing and potential customers. Responsibilities include:-Makes extensive sales and/or service contracts with existing and potential customers. -Maintains awareness of competitor activities and customer needs. -Collects regulatory and market data, analyzes trends and identifies impact within market area. -Designs service proposals, negotiates service agreements and drafts agreements and contracts.QualificationsQualified candidates should have the following:-Minimum of two years related experience.-Knowledge of marketing, economic and finance principles.-Knowledge of regulations governing transmission sales and service.-Knowledge of DTI services and tariff.-Knowledge of DTI competitors and their service offerings.-Familiarity with all Dominion Transmission facilities and competitors within market area.-Ability to speak persuasively, negotiate and develop rapport.-Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions.-Ability to write speeches, draft agreements and prepare letters and reports.-Ability to plan and organize work schedule independently.
Preferred: Bachelors in Business or Economics or Engineering or Marketing

Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education.Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
