It all starts here, with you.Qualified candidates will have been responsible for the following duties:- Managing the development and implementation of processes and tools necessary to implement the Corrective Action Program, Self-Assessment Program, Human Performance Program and OE activities and is responsible for the overall conduct of these programs- Serve as the lead representative and accountable manager for the Corrective Action Program- Provide direction, facilitation and coaching to Human Performance/Self-Assessment Group as well as facilitation and tracking of the units self-assessment program- Assure reviews and evaluations are scheduled, performed in a timely manner and implemented appropriately for OE activities.- Responsible for leading and communicating with employees in an honest, fair, and timely manner using sound judgment- Manage department personnel development, training, and performance management- Resolve employee concerns in a competent, respectful and responsive manner, and foster and create a Safety Conscious Work Environment supportive of positive, honest, and open exchange of ideas and differing opinions- Perform assignments designed to develop work knowledge, skills and abilities requiring application of policies, procedures, techniques and other criteria in carrying out all aspects of the jobQualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:- Seven years of related work experience of which four years are in a management and/or leadership capacity is required. All candidates must complete an assessment. (Reference: ANSI N18.1-1971, FSAR and Station Technical Specification, if applicable).- Ability to manage and direct professionals of various disciplines; communicate to all levels including craft personnel- Apply nuclear plant power plant design criteria, regulations, procedure compliance, operations, and maintenance requirements, technical specifications, audits, surveillance, and performance monitoring activities to manage the maintenance, operations, and technical aspects of a nuclear power plant- Must have detailed knowledge of nuclear power plant systems and equipment- Must possess strong analytical skills necessary to perform complex cause and effect analysis, root cause analysis, trending and performance analysis and reporting- Must be able to identify plant problems and recommend corrective actions based on scientific research and analysis
REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and directly related experience (two years experience for every one year education requirement).  PREFERRED:  Bachelors in Engineering or Engineering Technology
