Manager Support Management

Assist Site Director and assumes responsibility during his absence
Ensures proper management of areas related to business functions of the site. Approving authority for DM Property Credit Card.
Assist in assuring full implementation of directives, policies and procedures.
Ensures proper coordination and monitoring on all construction task including RRB,s
Ensure Site activities remain supported in supplies/services and accountability of government property is maintained.
Ensure implementation and compliance of Training Program according to  requirements

REQUIRMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, business administration, or similar management oriented degree and five to seven years experience in management/supervisory positions with emphasis on planning, scheduling, financial management and performance measurement systems.  Nine years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.  Good oral and written communication skills essential.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated performance in the management of an operational or maintenance type environment.
