Marketing & Communications Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute Marketing strategies to brand and communicate message to upstream oil & gas markets (service companies and operators).  Define and execute go-to-market plan in alignment of Company goals and objectives Gather and analyze Customer and Market data Map solutions to Customer needs and business issuesAlign Company products or services to Customer needs Generate positive media coverage in vertical, industry and business mediaManage communications plans and coordinate projects in support of the plans. Interface with internal and external resources for fact-finding and message development.Generate demand by driving field, partner, and customer-ready content, collateral, trade shows, marketing events, seminars and Customer or Partner marketing opportunitiesConceptualize and create multi-channel media plans geared toward acquisition, maturation and conversion of leads. Prepare proposals in response to RFPs  Management of outside resources for programs and projects

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:Oil & Gas service industry experience.Educated in Marketing process:  price, product, positioning, placement, promotionAbility to communicate and gather buy-in from Sales Team for marketing programs Ability to communicate with multiple levels within Company and Customer organizationAbility to gather and effectively analyze Customer and Market dataAbility to align Company product or service to Customer need as determined through analysis of Customer or Market dataGlobal marketing experience – international trade show contacts and experienceProposal writing experienceExperience with RFP process
