National Accounts Manager

Provide a high level of customer service to all strategic end-use customers.  Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure high customer contract renewal rates.  Be a major contributor to the New Market Entry Team and develop competitive products and  processes to increase market share and revenue.  Provide support for all product offerings by delivering exceptional customer care.  Oversee and manage the National Account’s Customer Operations Group to insure timely and accurate billing for all strategic commodity and energy services customers.  Maintain back office activities to ensure customers receive an outstanding level of service in the most cost efficient manner possible.

 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 Management of Operation’s personnel responsible for end-use customer account management,  including enrollment, billing, collections,  bill printing and customer care

 Be lead contributor to new and existing market product development.

 Act as a liaison between I/T, Sales Force and NAG reps to insure proper account management

 Train and develop National Accounts Group personnel

 Act as a liaison between Credit and Collections and NAG reps to insure proper account balance

 Produce and review management reports and oversee the reporting of billing results to corporate finance

 Ensure quality control of billing processes for  Sarbanes Oxley compliance and  corporate goals

 

Education:

 College degree plus at least two years business experience in the Energy Services industry

   

 

Skills:

 Excellent management and analytical skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills

 Demonstrated organizational and time management ability

 Highly motivated & customer focused

 Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft suite of products, & Internet

 

 

Experience:

 Customer service/contact management experience
