.Net Developer (WPF)
Initially will be part of the team responsible for upgrading the application framework to the latest Microsoft technologies and developing re-useable solutions for common technical problems. Later will be involved in developing applications using the framework. The incumbent should be able to think globally and able to create solutions in a more generic way. With little supervision, incumbent should also be comfortable and proficient in gathering, interpreting and documenting user requirements.
Extensive experience with C#, ADO.NET, Winforms or ASP.NET, MS.Net framework and MS Visual Studio are required. Working experience with Web Services or Remoting is preferred. Knowledge of design patterns, software factories and new .NET features like WPF, WCF, WF, and LINQ is preferred. Ability to learn and implement new features quickly, communicate well and work effectively in a team environment is also required.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
5 - 10 years of application development experience in a large multi-tier or client/server environment.
