Office Administrator
Geavista Group is currently seeking an outstanding individual who is passionate about the environment to manage the administrative services for our Dallas office. The individual will play a key role in establishing office management procedures, company policies, employee benefits, and implementing daily administrative activities.

Accelerating the market penetration of energy- and water-efficient products, renewable energy, and clean technologies; Motivating individuals and companies to take voluntarily action to improve the environment by reducing their impact on climate change; and Advancing corporate social and environmental responsibility practices.
Key responsibilities:Processing Accounts Payable and Receivables, and generating reports through QuickBooks Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed Analyzing operations and recommending cost-effective solutions to improve efficiencies Conducting market analysis, contributing to marketing material creation, and coordinating marketing activities Managing our n ew business proposal development process Coordinating staff events and activities Providing support to energy efficiency and renewable energy program(s) Creating Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations Coordinating the president’s daily tasks and schedule
Key qualifications:Associates degree or higher Minimum of 3 years related experience Excellent customer relationship, time management, and oral and written communication skills Superior Microsoft Office and QuickBooks knowledge, understanding of information technology systems, and a working knowledge of Excel preferred. Knowledge of ACT! database a plus.
