Operations Field Supervisor
Piceance Area

This position is responsible for leading employees to perform operational and maintenance activities for the operation of the Piceance Creek Pipeline and associated gathering systems, compressor stations and all associated support/utility systems. Responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted within the equipment design, operating procedures, safety manual and regulatory agency mandates. Routinely evaluates and reacts to operating upset conditions and formulates recommendations to solve problems and monitors the effectiveness of the overall workgroup and provides training and guidance to personnel where needed. Also responsible for oversight of the applicable O&M budget.

The successful candidate will be an experienced supervisor and have ten years experience in field gas gathering, field treating facilities, pipeline and/or field compression operation, maintenance, DOT requirements and transmission systems. Must be a team player, accountable and self-driven to maximize capabilities. College degree preferred.
