Part Time Sales Coordinator

NESCO Resource is a full-service national staffing company that is dedicated to providing contract, temporary and direct placements.  For over 50 years, NESCO Resource has put experienced contractors to work with the country's leading companies.

Our client is seeking an experienced part time Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator for their Sales Department to perform the following duties.

- Exercises judgement within generally defined parameters to determine appropriate action as an individual or as part of a team and conducts projects with broad scope in own discipline.  Handles projects with short- to mid-term focus.
- Anticipates change and directs or redirects efforts.  Looks for and finds ways to improve operations.
- Provides ongoing support to the Sales team
- Maintains contracts and legal files, records and databases related to specific areas of responsibility.
- Maintains and applies knowledge required by the specific area of responsibility.
- Prepares correspondence, presentations and materials as required. 
- Responds to internal and external inquiries relating to functional area of expertise.
- Interface with customers regarding proposals, sales orders, samples and continuous follow up.
- Work closely with Business Segments, Marketing and PR departments.
- Participates in the preparation of sales forecasts and and sales reports
- Administers and maintains Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and procedures
- Manages and maintains sales data bases
- Interface with Corporate departments and outside subcontractors as required.
- Provide general administrative support and assistance in business planning function, as needed.
- Prepare sales forecasts based on Sales Dept. inputs for Division and Corporate office requirements.
- Relevant degree, 4+ years related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Sales, Contracts and Legal administration experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Access and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and learn new requirements.
- Excellent communication, organization skills, attention to detail.
- 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday
