Sales Support Coordinator

The person filling this position will have responsibility for contacting potential clients and beginning and/or continuing the relationship between the client company and CMTC.  This position is primarily a phone position, so this person will need to be able to spend most of the day on the phone.  They will be responsible for gathering data on every call and inputting that data into a Customer Relationship Management system.  Each contact has potential to move the sales process forward.  This person will interface with other CMTC departments and primarily with the utility group sales team.  This position cuts across all aspects of the sales and delivery process.

The Sales Support part of this position will revolve around gathering data and keeping the database up to date.  There will be a schedule of calls to existing clients to glean additional data and update changes at the client company.  There is also a reporting task that will be done weekly and or monthly, depending on the utility involved.Metrics:

30-50 calls per day.  20-30 e-mails per day.  All data input into CRM.  Monthly utility reports generated.  Weekly utility reports updated.
