ConocoPhillips and its heritage companies have more than 50 years of business history in Alaska.  ConocoPhillips is also the largest holder of federal and state leases in Alaska.  The company holds interests in state leases in Alaska.  The company holds interests in 1.9 million gross acres of leases in the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska, and nearly 2.9 million gross undeveloped acres in total outside of producing fields. Description ConocoPhillips Alaska is currently recruiting for a Passenger Services Representative in the Aviation department.  This position oversees/coordinates safe and timely processing of passenger check-in and baggage services for Shared Services Aviation’s B737 Shuttle flights.  Shared Services Aviation operates up to five flights per day and 20,000+ passengers per month in support of ConocoPhillips, BP and Alyeska North Slope pipeline, drilling and production operations. Responsibilities The Passenger Services Representative is responsible for: Ground security airport activities. Representing Shared Service Aviation and acts as a liaison with other airport operators. Verifying, preparing and distributing daily manifests and boarding passes. Responding and directing airport passenger services operations during weather and/or mechanical delays, according to established procedures. Providing general administrative assistance to support ongoing airport office operations.Basic/Required Three plus years of administrative experience including working directly with the public demonstrating exceptional and proven customer services skills. High School Diploma/GED.   Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis. Must be willing to work a fluctuating 9/80 work weeks including weekends, holidays and unscheduled overtime, as unforeseen overtime will be required to meet demands imposed by flight schedule fluctuations that could result in longer than normal days. Direct experience with a personal computer and must be able to type 30 WPM.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of airline operations and/or North Slope terminology. Ability to work in a fast paced, always changing environment with minimum supervision. Sound judgment and demonstrated verbal and written communications.
