Physical Corporate Security Representative

The knowledge and ability to implement company wide strategies and policies to protect company personnel and assets from loss, damage, or injury. Develop external relationships with local, state and federal agencies to provide guidance and support when dealing with regulatory requirements and/or suspected criminal activity within FE. Research, develop or support corporate policies/standards/procedures due to federal, state, regulatory requirements of FE in relationship to Critical Infrastructure Security under Homeland Defense Standards. Upon request provide vulnerability and physical security assessments at FE Facilities

Bachelor’s or Post-Graduate Degree in Business, Law, Criminal Justice or related field. Successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, willing to undergo a comprehensive background investigation check and have a current drivers license. Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of security experience within the industrial/corporate sector or related disciplines (law enforcement or military equivalent). Experience should include knowledge of all facets of security equipment, methods and procedures. Individual must possess dynamic leadership skills to affect changes to corporate culture regarding security and security related initiatives. Individual must be have a customer focused vision and innovative thinking while creating a positive organizational atmosphere and motivated environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and possess outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. The ability to work alone or effectively with a team and relate to multidisciplinary business functions is critical. Knowledge of applicable domestic laws and regulatory requirements will be an ongoing requirement. Must possess good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
