Plant Manager

Overall accountability for equipment reliability to ensure operating requirements meets quality standards at the lowest possible cost. Manage and oversee the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the generating station. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements, applicable industry technical standards and company policies. Operate the plant in a manner that minimizes the cost of generation and maximizes profitability while maintaining the long-term viability of generating station assets. REQUIREMENTS: BS in Engineering or related field; or 5 years equivalent work experience. 10 years experience in power plant environment. 5 years experience in managerial role. .
