INGENCO is a rapidly growing leader in the design, construction, and operation of small-scale distributed power generating plants and the largest producer of renewable energy in the mid-Atlantic region.

 

We have an immediate opening for an experienced individual to operate and maintain a multiple engine power plant using dual-fuel diesel engines. This plant is being built in Pine Grove, PA.  Position is responsible for startup and operation of generating units, maintenance of equipment and facility, regulatory compliance, and recordkeeping.  Looking for highly motivated individuals that require minimal supervision.  Successful candidates will have demonstrated outstanding troubleshooting/problem solving skills in previous jobs.

 

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent and extensive knowledge of either diesel engine mechanics or three-phase power. Technical degree and power generation experience preferred.  Knowledge of fuel transfer and SPCC requirements as well as OSHA guidelines a big plus.  Shift work, overtime, and on-call responsibilities required.  Must have valid driver’s license.Salary is commensurate with experience.  Benefits include medical, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) / Profit Sharing Plan; and paid vacation and holidays.  Uniforms and uniform laundry service provided.  EOE
