JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor

Our client requires a Production Supervisor, BSChE with a minimum of 6 years in a chemical manufacturing environment and supervisory experience. Individual should be familiar with OSHA Process Safety Management and have knowledge of the ISO-9001 system to be accountable for providing the technical and operational expertise necessary to operate the unit in a safe, reliable, efficient and compliant manner. Responsibilities include setting production rates and operating conditions, monitoring the process, and troubleshooting upsets and unusual conditions to meet business conditions, conducting and participating in ESH audits, contributing to accounting forecasting, unit cost analysis, developing unit cost premises and participating in unit cost reviews, responsible for supervising and developing the production engineers, production specialists, and unit clerks.
