SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (OVERTIME, IRREGULAR HOURS, TRAVEL, ETC.): This position participates with a team in the system delivery and maintenance analysis process including the analysis of the Customer’s information needs, manual and automated business processes, and the development, integration, and implementation of innovative value-added solutions.
1. Participates in all project phases as outlined in the Project Development Methodology (PDM).
2. Provides technical assistance to end users on projects/problems and recommends solutions customer.
3. Follows Standards and Procedures that govern our activities and the use of our products and services.
4. Troubleshoots and resolves application (software or processes) problems (in-house developed or vendor supplied) and/or processes in a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week environment.
5. Serves in the role of Software Product Administrator for applications and tools for which he/she is primary support.
Maintains proficient knowledge of business processes, current business applications, and software/hardware technology. Keeps abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
This position analyzes simple to moderately complex programs and systems to resolve integration issues, and prepares necessary modifications for movement to the production environment.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One to two years related experience including application development and integration including analysis and programming required
Experience with VB or C required
Experience with VB.net, ASP.net, SQL required
Working knowledge of the use of IS development tools supporting the Microsoft Platform Strategy required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Experience with .Net, C#, Oracle, SQL Server preferred

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent in formal education.
Experience above minimum may be considered in lieu of education.
