Programmer Analyst, Sr Programmer Analyst I or Sr Programmer Analyst II

Tucson Electric Power Company seeks a Programmer Analyst, Senior Programmer Analysts I or Senior Programmer Analyst II to join our team.  As part of our team, you will design and develop IT solutions based on user requirements. Additionally, you will assist IS personnel and business clients in the use of information technology and application systems that are supported by IS.  Qualified candidates will have at least three years of professional experience in the IS field with demonstrated experience in project management, program development and systems design. 

 

Requires some combination of experience with:

 

·  SQL

·  PL/SQL

·  Oracle and/or SQL Server database

·  Oracle Warehouse Builder (10G)

·  Oracle Discoverer (10G)

·  Oracle Discoverer Administrator (10G)

·  Unix OS

·  Crystal and/or Oracle Reports

·  Java

·  .NET

·  XML

·  COBOL

 

 A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline and experience with Customer Applications – that is systems used to support the lifecycle of the customer (meter through cash) is preferred.

 

Programmer Analyst   A minimum of 2 years of professional programming experience required.

 

Senior Programmer Analyst I  A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Information Services field with demonstrated experience in project management, program development and systems design.

 



Senior Programmer Analyst II A minimum of 5 years of experience in the information Service field with demonstrated experience and expertise in project management, program development and systems design.
