We are looking to hire and experienced Solar Project Engineer to manage our commercial solar projects for our customers.What you will be doing:- Conduct site surveys - Create CAD drawings of solar systems for proposal - Provide labor and materials specifications, procurement, and scheduling - Coordinate scheduling and permitting for system installation - Supervise project construction; monitor and evaluate completed projects - Assist Sales in preparing system proposals, quotations, and contracts What you will need to be successful in this position:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - 5 + years of photovoltaic system design - 5+ years of project management experience of commercial solar PV projects that are at least 50 kw - 5+ years of AutoCad drafting experience - Knowledge of NEC codes - Experience in electrical wiring and basic construction practices - Experience writing proposals - Experience in vendor selection and coordination - Field construction experience in both electrical and mechanical installations What's in it for you:- Competitive base salary - Generous bonus structure - Full medical benefitsSo if you have 5+ years of commercial solar project management, please apply today!
