Project Estimator

We are looking for a Project Estimator to join our Service team in our Fairfax, VA office. 

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all aspects of electrical and mechanical proposals. 

· The proposal development will include:

o Collecting and verifying project scope;

o Reviewing plans and specifications;

o Compiling and/or developing proposal estimates

o Pricing to ensure profitability.

· Various revision control functions including:

o Evaluating vendor quotations for scope compliance

o Ensuring the accuracy between project scope and pricing

o Developing special terms and conditions such as inclusions/exclusions

Qualifications:

o Prior experience of 2+ years with proposal generation, estimating, pricing and development in the electrical and mechanical equipment disciplines.

o The successful candidate will have prior experience in the Mission Critical industry. 

o Well organized,

o Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills

o Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
