Our Technical Resource Support (TRS) Group is seeking a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager within our TRS group, the ability to identify new business opportunities is key, as well as having the drive and self motivation to successfully manage client relationships in an effective manner.


JOB FUNCTIONS and DUTIES
Manage all activities and progress of each job including design, manufacturing, and inspection support.
Consulting to define business requirements.
Develop project plans.
Coordinate technical training and consulting activities.
Identify business opportunities.
Manage client relationship.
Manage and coordinate inspection activities.
Responsible for Budget oversight.

EDUCATIONAL - WORK REQUIREMENTS - TECHNICAL and NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS Bachelors Degree in Engineering OR equivalent experience. A BSME is desired.
3 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting and Project Management OR related quality/manufacturing role is required.
Industry experience should include Pressure Equipment fabrication and/or certification or power plant experience. Energy industry background is also desired.
Working knowledge of Boiler and Pressure Vessel compliance requirements is required.*
Exposure to large multi-site or global projects is desired.
Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills including customer interaction by phone, support for project team tasks are all required.
Ability to prioritize tasks and schedule time w/minimal supervision and direction is required.
Flexibility is required, as well as being adaptable to different situations and project types.
Capable of providing technical support for sales and consulting.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and resolve customer needs/concerns.
Sound problem solving skills.
Ability to work with a wide range of individuals in the company at different levels of management and skills.
