About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a Project Manager/Process Engineer for our Photovoltaic Solar Panel manufacturing team. Position requires 7+ years of experience in inline process product design and development. Direct experience with designing and building complex inline equipment for photovoltaic solar panels or similar products is a plus. BSME/BSCHME degree or higher is required. The position reports to the Engineering Manager. This self direct, energetic individual will lead project management team's activities through all phases of the projects, from contract, design, building, to final manufacturing transfer.

Qualifications

Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree with 7+ years of experience in process project engineering team environment.

This person will lead the project teams to deliver turnkey operations to manufacture photovoltaic panels. This person will also oversees the whole project from its initial contract to final installation.

Candidate must be highly competent and experienced with a variety of manufacturing processes, including sophisticated vacuum wafer coating sputtering systems, inline production equipment, ovens, vacuum chambers, and a good understanding of machine design and machine shop techniques.

Expert in the generation of detailed process specifications and validation of equipment IQ/OQ/PQ.

Candidate must have outstanding communication, organization and time management skills.

Able to lead and work with multi-national vendors/teams.

Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods of time.
