The Recruiter will serve as a recruiting leader with the responsibility of leading the company's nationwide recruiting function. This position requires strong business acumen and recruiting expertise in order to match the right strategies, processes, and resources to the company's needs. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing and refining recruiting strategies and processes for the organization that will attract and retain the most qualified candidates in the environmental industry. Partner with internal clients on the selection process by communicating the best strategy and rationale. Ensures proper interviewing skills are used, and references are checked and be involved in the hiring decision Recruit exempt level candidates throughout the U.S. by conducting telephone interviews Manage all recruiting processes as well as the workforce plan through tracking recruitment trends and by proactively evaluating recruitment metrics. Centralizes and establishes recruiting sources and look at alternatives and make decision on best strategy. Develop and manage vendor relationships by tracking and addressing company concerns Manage recruitment costs and budget by analyzing and implementing best practices Ability to negotiate job board contracts Ensures all compliance requirements are met including diversity sourcing strategies; Ensure jobs are listed with niche job boards. Responsible for all affirmative action planning. Must be able to collect and analyze statistics and provide attainable goals and objectives with respect to applicant and recruitment data. Manage the entire applicant tracking system software by creating user licenses and customized reports, troubleshooting, providing assistance and training to any member of the organization. Excellent planning and organization skills, with experience building successful recruiting plans and experience managing and deploying recruiting tactics and programs across an organization. Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions  Bachelor's degree 5-8 years of corporate recruiting experience; preferably in the environmental and engineering industry Proven track record of recruiting high quality candidates in multiple geographical areas throughout the U.S. Ability to interact with all levels of Management Strong working knowledge of corporate recruiting preferably in the Engineering and Environmental services industry Strong internet recruiting experience required Applicant tracking software experience; preferably with iRecruiter Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently to accomplish goals Must be creative, assertive and show good judgment in selecting alternatives.
