Chevron Global Lubricants is accepting online applications for the position of Regional Sales Manager located in Any Major city in Western US, preferably Northwest through May 16, 2008.Overview:Regional Sales Manager- Consumer Products will be responsible to manage lubricant, coolant, and fuel additive sales to large consumer retail customers. They will have pricing, p&l, product promotion responsibility for the accounts in their area of responsibility.Qualifications:Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Sales Process Execution• Execute all 5 phases of the sales process for customers. • Execute non- customer facing activities of the sales process for customers. • Responsible for execution of account plan actions to achieve profitability targets and retain business• Responsible for account financial performanceAccount Planning• Develop customer plans using sales process in collaboration with customer. • Develop performance targets for customer Margin, revenue, volume• Develop action plans to achieve overall business plan, including the development of trade promotional programs with CPT customerCustomer Tracking and Performance Management• Review and update sales forecasts- input to Demand Mgmt. System• Maintain account profile and plans in MOS• Monitor account performance in MOS and update actions plans to achieve targets Customer Relationship Development• Build relationship with customer through active collaboration. • Work with customer to identify and solve needs and resolve issuesRequired (Basic) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Marketing.(1) P&L Track Record (2) Strong Deployment and Execution Skills(3)Demonstrated High Level of Business and Consumer Acumen(4) Customer Focus; including demonstrated experience and understanding of the Consumer Sector Strategies, Markets and customers.
