Location:  Southern CA -- Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area

Salary:  75K to 150K – base, commission and bonuses

NAPP, a leading national electric demand response provider, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales manager to develop and manage a qualified team of sales agents to implement its program in Southern CA out of our local office in Irwindale, CA.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company in the emerging “Green” energy industry.  POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.  Interviewing to commence Monday, May 5, 2008.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years sales/sales channel management experience. 

College degree.

Energy industry experience a plus, but not required.  Relevant sales experience will be considered, and training will be provided.

Demonstrated experience in team building and leadership in sales. 

Excellent verbal communications, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient computer skills.  Ability to use customer tracking database.
