Resource Management Analyst

Job Responsibilities:



Support the investment planning process by analyzing data, developing long range work plans; performing risk analysis and generating reports.



Gather, extract, and analyze data from multiple work management sources. Cleanse and validate data against external systems.Analyze historical data to create a zero based workload and rolling annual work plan. Merge data into the work planning tool and provide maintenance of the tool as needed.Analyze planned versus actual work completion by process. Assist stakeholders in understanding the situations that lead to variances and strategies for minimizing these situations.Review data to identify trends. Analyze data to determine root causes and recommend solutions for addressing the issues. Analyze unit cost trends to identify root causes of issues.Conduct operational analyses and develop statistical reports. Create progress reports and track completion of mandated programs.Work with Resource Planners on their work plans and help them understand the impact of their schedule. Monitor compliance with mandated programs and notify Resource Planners when they are close to being out of compliance.Assist with special projects and the continuous improvement of Resource Management.





Job Qualifications:



Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years of Analyst experience.Demonstrated strong analytical skills and business financials.Must be able to collaborate with colleagues.Excellent communication skills, including negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven management and business planning skills including problem resolution, risk management, and time management.Strong computer skills, including, data management, IT systems, report writing, spreadsheet analysis and work management.
