This position is responsible for leading a thin film solar cell and module process team, to achieve manufacturing goals of high Quality, Yield, Throughput, and Low cost

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 Solar cell and module process improvement Establish baseline manufacturing processes in different stages Module failure mode analysis and problem solvingDocumentation of all PV cell & module manufacturing processes UL, IEC, and TUV Qualification testsTraining program formation for production operators Supervise junior engineers to achieve the manufacturing goals

 

 Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years professional hands-on experience in solar cell and module manufacturing processMinimun 3 years exp. with ISO, UL, IEC, and TUV certification processes2 or more years technical supervision experience  BS degree in engineering is required  PV manufacturing experience required Thin film PV experience is preferred.

 

PV Products Engineer



 

This position will be responsible for recognizing and developing thin film PV module products to meet markets and customers’ demand and requirements. This position will be reporting to VP Manufacturing.

 

Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify the needs and desires of the PV markets by dealing with customers Design the PV products to meet customers’ requirements Leverage the light weight and flexible nature of thin film solar module to develop PV products to meet the markets demands Form a liaison between the markets and the internal design center to maximize the product value Establish a data base for all related markets and customers’ specs and potential needs

 Qualification & Requirements

 Over 5 years professional hands-on experience in PV module level products design & development  Minimum 3 years strong hands-on experience in solar cell and module process Familiar with market demands and customers’ specs in thin film PV industry BS degree in Engineering or equivalent Marketing experience would be a plus
