The Seal Analyst role will work with members of the Seal Team and Explorationists in operating units to provide pre-drill top and fault-seal forecasts to evaluate risk for worldwide exploration program. The company offers:*Competitive Salary*Relocation assistance*Excellent Benefits package.*Opportunities for growth and advancement Key Job Responsibilities:§ Apply top, lateral and fault seal analysis techniques to exploration and appraisal problems within an integrated basin analysis framework.§ Conduct projects requiring the integration of petrophysical properties and fault framework modeling as components of seal risking.§ Use computer skills related to seal analysis (primarily Gocad and TrapTester) and structural modeling software. REQUIRED Qualifications:§ Skills in performing seal analysis; or have related geology skills and be willing to develop seal analysis skills.§ A Master’s Degree in Geology with interest or expertise in Seal analysis.§ The ability to use structural restoration software. § Skills in seismic interpretation and specialty programs for office productivity.§ The ability to work collaboratively with technical and operations teams, as well as communicate in a tactful and effective manner.  PREFERRED Qualifications: § Experience with and the ability to integrate top seal and rock properties analysis, structural analysis such as geometric interpretation and restoration and fault framework modeling.§ Strong presentation skills.§ Contributions to the Exploration and Reservoir Geology Focus Area Technical Networks. § The ability to develop a strong internal network of contacts in different Strategic Business Units.Please email updated resume and contact information to Melissa.Minock@hudson.com (put Seals Analyst in subject line) Local candidates preferred, however all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!
