Senior DOI Analyst

Sr. Division of Interest Analyst, Corporate Land Administration
Location: Houston, TX

Duties:

Review, analyze, verify, evaluate contractual and ownership documentation related to land mineral ownership and contractual rights Accurately create and maintain divisions of interest covering both new and existing producing properties Facilitate company cash flow through timely fulfillment of responsibilities and resolution of interest discrepancies Ensure company compliance with state and federal laws governing payment of revenues associated with oil and gas production

 

Education, experience and/or special qualifications required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years experience in the capacity described Demonstrated understanding of land and title issues Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
