Description:ResponsibilitiesThe Data Analytics Analyst will work independently and with cross-functional teams from Production Support, Development, Call Center Operations, Finance, Process Engineering, and Clients to define, measure, and analyze core drivers of the companys outsourcing business. The role will focus initially on continual quality improvement through measurement and monitoring and standard report development. It will evolve into a role of greater strategic focus over the first year through identification of new opportunities for product enhancements and analytics.About the OpportunityThe Data Analytics Analyst is responsible for defining and performing data and business intelligence analysis to support the companys customer service, billing, and systems outsourcing operation.
