Position:  Senior Electronics Technician

Degree/Experience:  HS diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant work experience

Associates degree in related field and 0-1 year of experience

 

Job Description:

 

Successful candidates will perform a wide variety of electronic troubleshooting, assembly, servicing, and testing activities relating to TerraVici’s rotary steerable drilling tools. 

 

Job qualifications: 

 Experience with troubleshooting electronic analog and digital circuits required. Good electronic and electrical diagnostic and analytical skills. Ability to work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Possesses a strong desire to learn new technologies and able to comprehend complex electro-mechanical devices. Previous stable work history. Safety minded individual with a positive attitude. Team player who is dependable and trustworthy. Able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and interact responsibly with coworkers at all times. Ability to complete job related documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel. Actively participate in all shop activities including housekeeping and general maintenance of shop tools and equipment. Capability of working overtime and weekends as required. Background of oilfield tools or service equipment preferred.
