Senior Human Resource Manager

About the Position:
The Senior Human Resource Manager is responsible for aligning HR objectives with strategic organizational goals. Responsible for the effective leadership and support for a variety of Human Resource functions.
This position will provide strategic leadership, direction and consultation to leadership with regards to organizational structure and design, policies, programs and initiatives. Support the leaders in the areas of employee relations; compensation; staffing; talent development; and succession planning. Develop new strategies and programs in response to changing circumstances and company needs.
The ideal candidate will have background and experience that demonstrates successful achievements in the organizational development areas described above.
Qualities:Capacity of translating broad goals into measurable results.Ability to work constructively with and direct diverse people and with parties that may have divergent needs and interests. Highly motivated and dynamic results oriented.Demonstrated leadership and management skills and able to inspire others with shared vision. Enthusiasm and flexibility for working with a fast-paced organization with extensive accountabilities and communications needs. Must be organized, detail oriented with ability to think critically.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coordination of Human Resource Dept.
• Create company strategic recruitment, build structure and selection plan.
• Develop career paths, succession and advancement planning.
• Coordinate company equal opportunity programs to achieve diversity goals.
• Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
• Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
• Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
• Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
• Evaluate company work environment/culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for the department and perform cost and productivity analyses for department.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
