About the Position:

The Senior Communications & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and driving communications and consistency in the market regarding the PECI brand, and in researching and developing opportunities for PECI to market to clients. This position provides management oversight for print materials, website content, communication tools, promotional components and marketing venues.  Target audiences include PECI employees, prospective employees, and the overall market for energy efficiency products and services to clients. 

 

Strong leadership skills along with a proven ability to successfully develop and direct marketing strategies from conception through implementation are a must.  Experience in analysis and evaluation of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI goals required.  Proven results with brand marketing desired.  Experience working in an entrepreneurial and/or professional consulting environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities:Lead marketing development including Senior oversight of the marketing teamDirect demand generation for the marketing group internally increasing awareness of marketing contributions to program successWork with the executive staff on all communication for the organizationDrive messaging in support of company cultureGuide the coordination of key corporate communications to ensure consistent representation of PECIDirect PECI web site content and presentationLead all internal communications materials including intranet, newsletter, etc.Lead all external PECI branding materials and key language for use in brochures, proposals, conferences, forums, etc.Direct PECI presence in community organizations, both locally and nationallyDrive market research to assist in strategic planning in collaboration with programs, applying results from analysis for each research project
