Senior Power Electrical Engineer

Experience: My client is looking for a Senior EE to help provide leadership to a growing office in the power sector. My client is going to double their power headcount in the west and will offer promotions walking through the door. The basic requirements of the position are:• BS EE • PE license or current pursuit of PE license. • 10 years of experience in the Power Gen or T&D field. • Prior experience with leading design team, proposal preparation, and previously project management experience. • Exceptional communication skills. Description: My client is looking for a senior engineer to develop, plan, coordinate, and direct engineering work for major power projects. EPC projects will range from 20M to 400M dollars. This person will assist existing clients with the evaluation of potential projects, implementation of projects, and the improvement of existing business. The selected applicant will also be responsible for overseeing work assignments, scheduling, coordination with other departments, and staffing. Additionally, this person will interface with project management, the client, and other disciplines from a consulting perspective. Company: My client is a full service global engineering, consulting and construction company (EPC) firm specializing in energy, water, and information infrastructure. Sales are up 40% over 2007 and this company is looking for aggressive engineers of all levels to provide leadership on projects in the power sector. The Denver office currently employs around 100 individuals in the water, power generation, and transmission and distribution (T&D) sectors.
