Rare start up opportunity in the solar field for an experienced professional with the right stuff.   TiSUN is an established European solar thermal firm with a complete product line. We will be distributing and ultimately producing the US.   Our firm is based in New Jersey however you can work remotely on either coast.

 

We need you to build the firm’s presence in the US from scratch. 

Related fields of experience desired sales, business development, marketing &  distribution in the HVAC or plumbing field.

 

We are seeking experienced sales & marketing manager with a proven track record in the plumbing and HVAC product distribution arena. 

 

You will be responsible for establishing the firm’s presence in the US market and for driving profitable sales growth of our line of solar thermal collectors, tanks, solar stations and components. You will be responsible for the firm’s marketing strategy and building a sales team capable of achieving our firm’s growth objectives. You will directly target supply houses, commercial builders/developers, HVAC/plumbing/solar firms, architects, and mechanical engineers. You must be self directed and results orientated.  Strong communication, relationship building and presentation skills are a must.

 

Requirements:  Bachelors Degree required Ability to travel 5+ years of sales experience in related industry required Must have experience in sales and sales management Must have knowledge of the HVAC/plumbing distribution and supply chains Relationships with supply houses, plumbing, solar and/or HVAC installation companies preferred. Marketing experience is preferred.   Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and be willing to use a CRM application.

Compensation:

·         Base Salary 50-60K additional bonus plan TBD

·         Equity Stake possible for successful candidate.
