TitleSenior Strategy AnalystJob DescriptionEXELON CORPORATION is currently seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst for our Chicago, IL office.PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Analysis of key strategic issues facing the corporation.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Support analysis and development of strategic issues and options.Conduct research on issues; serve as project analyst for strategy/planning initiatives.Survey external industry data and stay current on industry trends/ developments of importance to Exelon.Develop/maintain subject matter expertise on assigned topical areas.Develop/maintain expertise and knowledge base.Build relationships with subject matter experts.Provide periodic updates to Strategy team and other relevant groups.Provide support within Corporate Strategy for achieving multiple, concurrent results on strategic issues, strategic planning, and strategic communications and business literacy.POSITION SPECIFICATIONS Minimum: BS/BA required with 5-8 yrs of industry/related experience or Graduate degree in business, economics or other related discipline strongly preferred with 2-5 years of industry/related experience.Excellent analytical skills – facility and understanding of financial analysis and various quantitative analyses; accuracy and attention to detail in analysis.Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous problems.Strong interpersonal and team skills.Solid written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently to advance assigned projects.Able to travel across Exelon sites and business units as required (up to 20%).Preferred: Graduate degree in business, economics or other related discipline strongly preferred with 2-5 yrs of industry/related experience.POSITION SCOPE Independent contributor, reporting to VP, Corporate Strategy.Takes direction from VP, Directors and/or project team leads.Conducts research and analysis on strategic issues.Interacts with key managers and executives on issues POSITION INFORMATION Company: Exelon Business Services Company Location: chicago, IL 60603 Status: Full Time, Employee Salary: Target % bonus Job Category: Business/Strategic Management Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years CONTACT INFORMATION Company: Exelon Business Services Company Reference Code: 3541
