We are currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer who is a self-starter, self-driven and enthusiastic to contribute in a start-up environment.

The successful candidate will develop test methodology and processes, including SV Solar’s electrical and mechanical evaluation labs and outdoor performance test site. Responsibilities will include the following:Create test methodology for product developmentDevelop standard test protocols for SV Solar’s products along entire manufacturing processSpecify laboratory and production equipment, facilities and proceduresParticipate in the development of commercial specificationsParticipate in the development of product datasheets

The successful candidate will have experience with test and measurement of photovoltaic devices as well as the following skills: Programming in Labview, VB, and C. Ability to write code to enable communication between different instruments connected via GPIB. Ability to implement analog test instrumentation and accurately interpret test results Ability to use high-level statistical process monitoring and control software (e.g., Minitab, SAS Jump, etc)

Requirements: Candidates must have 8+ years industry experience in test engineering and a BSEE, (MSEE) preferred.
