Service Coordinator

Suburban's Deland, FL location is a thriving and fast-paced market, driven by dynamic leadership and fluid teamwork. Our Service Coordinators are highly organized, customer oriented people who work with our Customer Service, Distribution, and Sales departments to maximize billable time, meet productivity goals, and maintain zero preventable accidents. Our Service Coordinators are also responsible for the following: Plan, schedule and log daily installations, repairs, and service work. Dispatch Service Technicians, and maintain on-call schedules. Maintain parts inventory and provide input on manpower and asset management. Manage vehicle preventative maintenance. Follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Suburban's products and services, in order to effectively address customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills. 3-5 years of dispatching experience. Basic understanding of gas and/or oil distribution systems preferred (training will be provided) **Customer service is paramount, but it isn't Suburban's only priority.
