Service Representative Off-Site

Join our team and let Graybar work to YOUR advantage! RESPONSIBILITIES: Works independently at an off-site location supporting a single customer’s product needs.  Fills customers merchandise requirements over counter, utilizing knowledge of product sold.  Suggests selection that meets customer’s needs. Keeps daily list of stock-out items Recommends new stock items by completing necessary forms Maintains security of cash drawer and shipping ticket audit copies Updates product line knowledge by self-study and attending product-training courses. Prepares sales slips and performs some material handling duties. Performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Education: High school graduate or G.E.D. plus additional specialized training. Two years of college credit or equivalent preferred.Experience: Previous wholesale counter sales experience preferred.  Previous work experience as a material handler is helpful.  Must be computer literate, with SAP exp.
